I am a foreign worker with an E-9 visa. It has been two months since I came to Korea and I am currently working in a fishery. However, working conditions are very poor.

Although the employment contract states that the working hours are 209 hours per month, the actual working hours are 16 to 18 hours per day and 380 to 400 hours per month.

It was so difficult to live like this that I asked the boss to cancel the employment contract, but he/she did not allow it. This life is hard to bear. What should I do? Who can I ask for help?
