Incheon
City will pay 100,000 won each to all Incheon citizens from December.
On the
11th, Incheon Mayor Park Namchun announced the ‘Comprehensive Measures for
Restoring Daily Life’ at the city hall.
Specifically,
it will provide a daily recovery subsidy of 100,000 won per person to 3.01
million citizens, and 220,000 small business owners with annual sales of 300
million won or less and 220,000 small business owners and 56,000 business
closures with 250,000 won per person. 4,400 young people will receive a monthly
rent of 200,000 won for two years.
The daily
recovery subsidy, which is paid by 100,000 won per citizen, is paid with
Incheon e-eum card points. It is considering providing paper gift certificates
or cash to military personnel, prisoners, children and the elderly who have
difficulties in signing up for Incheon e-eum and issuing cards.
Applications
for the grant can be made online or offline from December 20. Payment is made
within 1-2 business days of application.
In the
case of online application, you can do it on the Incheon e-eum platform (mobile
phone app) or the website, and in the case of offline, visit the county/gu
office, eup, myeon-dong, administrative welfare center.
As a
special support for affected industries, 220,000 small business owners with
annual sales of 300 million won or less and 56,000 business owners who have
closed their business will receive 250,000 won in cash. Will be received and
paid in January of next year.
Instead of
cash support for small business owners, SMEs, and taxis, interest-free
management stabilization funds, special guarantee for Hope Dream, export
marketing, and old-fashioned car sales are supported.
Agricultural
and fishermen public welfare allowance of 600,000 won per year is paid to
27,288 households that are farmers and fishermen, and 1,250 won passenger fare
system is provided to 14,587 islanders.
As a
support for job and living stability, 4,400 young people will receive 200,000
won per month and 2.4 million won in monthly rent per year.
