There is good news for foreigners who want to come to Korea to study. The Ministry of Education will host the '2022 Study Abroad Fair in Korea with the local government' online for 10 days from November 22nd to December 1st.
STUDY IN KOREA FAIR has been held overseas since 2001 to promote the excellence of Korean higher education and attract foreign students to the world. However, due to Corona 19, it is being operated as a variety of forms of fairs using online.
Among these fairs, there is a local government-specialized fair created by local governments in partnership with local universities. This expo is drawing a lot of attention from prospective Korean students as local governments and universities jointly promote local life and cultural information and characteristics.
Currently, 9 regional local governments and 84 universities in the region operate special halls for each local government, and are loaded with local publicity materials and information on studying in Korea, providing online participants with more sights and interests.
You can participate in the ‘Study in Korea Fair with local governments’ through the ‘Study in Korea Comprehensive System for Studying in Korea (studyinkorea.go.kr)’ website operated by the National Institute for International Education.
