I am an immigrant from Africa. I came to Korea after experiencing various difficulties in my home country and applied for refugee status, but it was rejected. So, I filed a refugee recognition lawsuit with the court, and the final decision was defeated. After that, I lost my status of residence and was ordered to leave the country. I am a refugee who will inevitably face persecution when I return to my home country. Please let me know if there is any additional action I can take in Korea, including litigation.
