The second pre-subscription for ‘New Home’, a public housing unit that multicultural families are interested in due to its affordable price, will be held in June. On June 9, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announces advance subscription for public housing number 1,981.
The pre-subscription complexes are Subangsa (#255) in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, Wangsuk (#932) in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, Maegok (#204) in Anyang, Gyeonggi-do, and Gangil 3 Complex (#590) in Godeok, Seoul.
General-Seoul Subangsa

How to pre-order
Qualifications for pre-subscription applications are evaluated based on the time of notification of resident recruitment.

Winners will be announced on July 5th at Subangsa, Dongjak-gu, July 12th at Gangil 3 Complex, Godeok, and July 13th at Wangsuk, Namyangju and Maegok, Anyang. If the announcement date is different, you may apply for duplicate.
